Here's how it works:
Step 1: Addresses
We need a spreadsheet with your addresses formatted in a specific way. (There needs to be a dedicated column for Address Line 1, APT/STE#, City, State, Zip, Phone)
You will be able to send different boxes for those who have dietary restrictions.

STEP 2: Shipping
Free Shipping is included in box price. (2-10 business days with most arriving in 5 days.)
Expedited shipping depends on the box you are sending. Please ask us so we can add it to your quote.
Please note that we can't control our shipping carriers when it comes to delivery times.

Step 3: Gift Message
Two Options: Free Message on the packing slip, inserted inside the SnackBox OR a custom color insert that includes your logo and a longer message.
Custom Inserts cost $0.50 per box.
Email us your 4x6 pdf insert!
Step 4: Email Us Your Order
Please email us from the same email thread. Your spreadheet MUST be in a .xslx format.
Everything is communicated via email.
We will NOT ship boxes unless the invoice is paid or we have a valid PO/ACH form.
Step 5: Payment
We will send you a quote for all of the boxes in an easy one time payment. Sales tax is based on your billing address.
We accept all major credit cards and can do PO or ACH payments.
You can pay online through the quote link with a credit card. We will not ship your order until the invoice is paid.
Step 6: Tracking Info
Tracking numbers are available once we are done shipping your order. This will be sent to you as an attachment in a spreadsheet via email.
Please note that we do not keep track of returns. You will need to keep watch of your tracking numbers to know which boxes did/did not arrive.
