Ordering
Yes!!! You can set up a subscription on the product page before you add the item to your cart. This is an ongoing option which means you will have to cancel it through your account if you want it to stop. You also have the ability to "pause" the subscription as another option.
For large bulk orders and unique situations with large quantities over 50 boxes we can work to make a box that fits your needs. Feel free to message, email, or call us to get a free quote. For single purchases we cannot do customization at this time... We do offer ADD ON items that can be added to any of our premade care packages!

Shipping
Yep! We can ship to PO boxes but you need to choose USPS priority mail at checkout in order for the carrier to deliver it. UPS and FEDEX do not delivery to PO boxes.
Same day if ordered by 10am CST. Shipping delay in affect after 10:00 AM Wednesday 5/31/2023 until Monday 6/5/2023. All orders will be shipped on Monday 6/5/2023.
Free shipping is included with every box and will arrive in 2 to 10 business days.

These locations will require a $10 priority shipping fee. This shipping option must be chosen at checkout in order to ship your package.

Business days are M-F. Packages traveling over the weekends and holidays are not considered a business day. If you order on Friday after 10 AM Central Time, your package will not ship out until Monday, even if you pay for faster shipping.
At this time we do not have a delayed shipping option on our website. Feel free to call or message us if you would like to delay your shipping. Our subscription plan might be a good option too.

Because we are considered food and beverage, we do not accept returns. However, we will happily issue a refund if deemed necessary. Please reach out if you feel something is wrong with your box.
