Yes!!! You can set up a subscription on the product page before you add the item to your cart. This is an ongoing option which means you will have to cancel it through your account if you want it to stop. You also have the ability to "pause" the subscription as another option.

For large bulk orders and unique situations with large quantities over 50 boxes we can work to make a box that fits your needs. Feel free to message, email, or call us to get a free quote. For single purchases we cannot do customization at this time... We do offer ADD ON items that can be added to any of our premade care packages!

For large bulk orders we accept PO and ACH payments.

Yep! We can ship to PO boxes but you need to choose USPS priority mail at checkout in order for the carrier to deliver it. UPS and FEDEX do not delivery to PO boxes.

Same day if ordered by 10am CST.  Shipping delay in affect after 10:00 AM Wednesday 5/31/2023 until Monday 6/5/2023. All orders will be shipped on Monday 6/5/2023.

Free economy shipping will arrive in 2 to 10 business days.

Free economy shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

AK/HI, Military addresses, GU, PR, USVI will have a shipping fee at checkout.

Delivery You Can Count On: We work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, but delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays.

Business days are M-F. Packages traveling over the weekends and holidays are not considered a business day.

If you order on Friday after 10 AM Central Time, your package will not ship out until Monday, even if you pay for faster shipping.

At this time we do not have a delayed shipping option on our website.

We do not ship to prisons or any type of correctional facility!

The package WILL be rejected upon receipt and we will not be able to refund your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our care packages ship with a minimum 50 days of freshness guaranteed! We make our boxes with fresh snacks each day.

If you feel something is wrong with your box please reach out to us so we can make it right. We will work with you to either a) send a replacement b) issue a refund or c) both!

* Due to covid-19, shipping carriers are no longer guaranteeing their rates or delivery times, meaning that if your package is late, they will not refund us the cost, which in return means we cannot refund you for the shipping you paid. Because we are considered food and beverage, we do not accept returns. However, we will happily issue a refund if deemed necessary. Please reach out if you feel something is wrong with your box.
