I am humbled daily as I witness daily the sacrifices made, not only to do the right thing, but in how you also drive to the outcomes with a high level of quality and effectiveness. As a collective, you represent a unique and wide range of skills and talents that you should all be proud of. I am grateful for all the small and big wins, as well as the losses. Where we fall down, we persevere. We learn from mistakes and improve for the next time. We hold a high level of accountability and model in many ways for the broader organization. Let’s continue the momentum in 2022. Thank you for everything you created which made 2021 a success. And I look forward to what we can do in the next chapter.
