Everything you need to know before subscribing.

On any product page, select "Subscribe & Save" instead of "One-Time Purchase" — note that most product pages default to the Subscribe & Save tab. Choose your delivery frequency (weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months) and add to cart. You'll automatically save 10% on every delivery. Your box ships on your chosen schedule and you're charged per delivery unless you choose to prepay. You can manage everything from your account at any time.

Yes — log into your account and go to "My Subscriptions" to swap your box to a different variety. If there's a price difference between boxes you'll pay the difference at that time. This gives you the flexibility to try different options without having to cancel and restart your subscription.

Absolutely. Log into your account and go to "My Subscriptions" to skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription entirely. This is especially useful for college subscriptions during summer break — the subscription does not automatically pause so be sure to log in and pause it if your student won't need deliveries over the summer. We'll also send a reminder email in August to update your student's address for the new school year.

The prepay option lets you pay for multiple deliveries upfront rather than being charged per delivery. On the product page check "Prepay for Subscription" and choose how many deliveries to prepay — options include 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, or 12 shipments. This is a popular option for parents setting up the college program for the full school year or anyone who wants to give a subscription as a multi-month gift without ongoing billing.

The college rotating program is a monthly subscription where a different box is sent each month — so your student gets variety all year. It's priced at $46.99 per delivery. Your first order ships when you place it, then all subsequent boxes ship during the first week of each month. Charges happen on the 1st of each month. You can skip any month by logging into your account. The subscription does not auto-pause in summer so be sure to pause it when your student heads home. We update the program each summer with a fresh lineup for the new school year.

For standard Subscribe & Save, your first order ships when you place it (same day if ordered before 10:00 AM CST). Subsequent orders ship based on your chosen frequency from your original order date. For the college rotating program, your first box ships when you order and all following boxes ship during the first week of each month. If you order within 15 days before the start of a new month, your first college program box ships the following month.

Yes — just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout instead of your own. The subscription will ship to them on the regular schedule. For a gift that covers multiple months, use the prepay option to lock in 2–12 deliveries upfront. You can also send the box as an e-gift using the "Send as E-Gift" button on the product page, which lets the recipient choose their own address.
