Subscription Plans
SnackBOX offers a variety of subscription plans, including but not limited to monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, every 2 months and fixed prepaid options. Some items in our store may be offered to you as a recurring billing subscription or a fixed length pre-paid subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. Subscription Process

Sign-Up: To subscribe, visit www.snackbox.com and select your preferred product and frequency. You will need to create an account and provide valid payment information. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the selected frequency. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription and expected delivery dates.
Subscription Management

Modifications: You may modify your subscription plan (e.g., change frequency, pause or skip shipments, etc) through your account on www.snackbox.com. Modifications take effect in the next billing cycle.

Pausing: You may pause your subscription by contacting our support team at orders@snackbox.com.

Cancellation: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on www.snackbox.com or by contacting us at orders@snackbox.com. Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied.
Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled, or is a pre-paid option. Renewal reminders are sent via email 3 days prior to the renewal date.
Pre-paid Subscriptions
- When you purchase a pre-paid subscription, you are buying an fixed amount of products to be shipped within a fixed period of time. We collect payment in full at time of checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill the order over the fixed period of time. Pre-paid subscriptions do not auto renew.
- You can cancel a pre-paid subscription order for any products that have not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can not cancel the order or request full or partial refunds. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Pricing and Payments

Pricing for each subscription plan is listed on www.snackbox.com and is subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and updated on our website.

All payments are processed in USD and include applicable taxes. SnackBOX accepts major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again in 24 hours. If the issue persists, we will try 8 times to capture payment before your subscription is paused. You can update your payment details in your account.
Delivery

SnackBOX delivers to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time, except for military mail with valid APO,FPO,DPO addresses.

Delivery schedules are based on your subscription plan and are outlined at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided in your confirmation email.

SnackBOX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or incorrect address information provided by the subscriber.
Refunds and Returns

Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of non-delivery, pending fulfillment, or defective products. If you experience any issues, contact orders@snackbox.com.

Returns: Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted unless the items are damaged or defective. Please report issues to orders@snackbox.com with photos and order details for review.
- Replacements: SnackBOX will replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost, subject to verification. For orders with bad addresses or checkout errors, SnackBOX will determine if a replacement is free of charge or if a fee if required to send out a replacement.
Termination by SnackBOX
SnackBOX reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of payment disputes, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service. You will be notified via email if your subscription is terminated.
